Post Natal Belly-Band

My body didn't shatter after birth nor was it ever through trauma, but it's just impossible for it to be the exact same after giving birth. I had no idea the changes I would go through. I was able to accept the fact that my muscles would weaken and how horrible my back still felt. After you have a baby you need all the support you can get and this is a quality belly wrap. I also use it for back support. Degenerative Disc Disease is NO JOKE!

I have heard of postpartum waist trainers, wraps, bands and creams, but I had no idea all the things this individual belly band could do for me. I assumed at first it was just to help you look skinny again which was NOT the only thing I was looking to benefit from. I had no idea the actual physical benefits.

I love Mamaway, the quality they have for the brand is amazing. The price for this 'Post Partum Belly Band' was pretty out there close to $100, but very well worth it.

I love that it does not roll or bunch up, it works great under your clothes or on top. You can even sleep in it. It's also not itchy which was one of my main concerns.

Purple and Black Headphones

My daughter loves these headphones! The fold and they match her tablet. They're extremely soft on her ears which is always hard finding a pair that are soft, she usually takes her headphones/ear buds off when laying down and using her tablet, but these she doesn't even bother doing so because they are that comfortable. These are perfect for traveling with.

Strawberry Bathing Suit

Activating Charcoal Powder

This whole charcoal fad definitely hit home. All of the benefits are amazing. Great use for teeth whitening (coffee stained teeth), oral health, fresher breath, face scrubs, you can create your own face peels or masks (I found a great recipe on pinterest, I will leave it below.), cleans pores, tones skin, makes a great exfoliate, when mixed with water or essential oil. Safe and gentle for use as a homemade face mask, facial scrub, toothpaste alternative... I will be bringing this on our camping trip in Pennsylvania because I read that it's great for treating insect bites and bee stings. I placed a tbsp of the activated charcoal powder in a bag and place it in my daughters play shoes, she often gets them wet with either sweat and or actual water leaving her shoes a bit more stinky that usual. This method almost fully removes the odor. Depending on how often i use it and me seemingly finding other uses for this, I may be ordering another bag.

Bird feeder

I love this bird feeder! WE just got it put together (easily assembles), bought birdseeds and we've seen cardinal and blue jays along with others I cannot name. It's the coolest thing and encourages my daughter to get up early to go out.
