So, I was confused when I first got this in the mail. (Naughty thoughts/giggles) My husband looked at me like I was insane and I laughed and told him it was a massager. The first place I put it was on the back of my neck. I suffer from early on set rheumatoid arthritis, chronic pain, disc degenerative disease etc. But, rolling this massager up and down my neck helped loosen the stiffness and allowed me to relax and adjust my neck myself. Feels great, almost pinches your skin in a comfortable way. I love it.
