I absolutely love these Bento lunch boxes. My daughter just started school so these are great for fruits and vegetables and all types of snacks and lunches. The great thing about these is that when you put the lid on it doesn't allow the other foods such as liquids or maybe the juice from the fruits so we can do the other side that could be crackers or something dry. My daughter loves these are easy to open and easy to close mess free, spacious...and I love them as well. I'm not sure why it says just for women and adults..... I don't think they had to specify who these things were exactly 4 I'm sure any type of food storage whether it be for lunch breaks or storage for the fridgerator I think they work for any gender and or age group. I love you bye I don't really think that I will need to buy anymore just because of a great quality and if I do need any more I will definitely come here because the price is just right it's not too high not too costly...
