I was a bit suspicious at the quality of the products when I received it. The package was already broken open (assuming from handling package) I opened the package up and am still in the process of training my two-year-old Shih Tzu she's very active and gets a little distracted at times especially now there is new construction being done in our community there are two houses being built next to our home so she's constantly curious about the new neighbors and all the construction workers. I wanted to get this to catch her attention quickly knowing best device wouldn't cause any type of harm to my cute puppy.
